RETURNS

- If upon receiving your order one or several products are defective or damaged, you can return them at no cost to you, we will send our delivery man to pick them up. You can choose between the refund of the amount corresponding to the defective product, or if you prefer to receive a new product, whether it is the same or exchange it for another of the same value. If you prefer to change it for another of higher value you will have to pay the difference, if on the contrary you decide for one of lower value, BIOVARDI will pay you the difference.

-If, on the other hand, your order arrives in perfect condition but you decide to return it because you no longer want it, you can return it but in this case the shipping costs are your responsibility.

-For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and without any alteration of the original product in general, to request this return you have 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

- Products in poor condition due to poor handling, open or used cannot be returned.

- Products purchased in promotions and liquidation cannot be returned.

- The payment of the amount of the product in the event that you have decided to recover your money is made within a maximum period of 14 business days from receipt of the returned product.

- If you return a non-defective product, the shipping amount will be deducted from the total value of the returned product or order.

In the event of not being able to deliver the order for reasons unrelated to BIOVARDI, you will be paid the amount of the order less the costs of shipping and returning the package.
