RETURNS

- If upon receiving your order one or more products are defective or damaged, you can return them at no cost to you. We will send our delivery person to collect them. You can choose between a refund for the defective product, or if you prefer to receive a new product, if it's the same one, or exchange it for another of the same value. If you prefer to exchange it for a higher value product, you will have to pay the difference. If you opt for a lower value product, BIOVARDI will pay you the difference.

-If, on the other hand, your order arrives in perfect condition but you decide to return it because you no longer want it, you can return it, but in this case, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

-For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and unaltered from the original product in general. To request this return, you have 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

- Products in poor condition due to mishandling, opened, or used cannot be returned.

- Products purchased during promotions and clearance sales cannot be returned.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

-Contact our customer service department via this email: info@biovardi.com

- If you've decided to get your money back, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days from receipt of the returned product.

- If you return a non-defective product, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total value of the returned product or order.

If we cannot deliver your order for reasons beyond BIOVARDI's control, you will be refunded the order amount less the shipping and return costs.
