BIOVARDI gives you free shipping costs when the amount of your order is greater than €59.

If your order does not exceed €59, you will be charged shipping costs, which will be €6.99 in the peninsula.

If you are outside the peninsula, contact us to make the shipment.

Shipped in 48 hours up to 72 hours

The order will be delivered to the address you indicated when making your purchase. If you are absent from your home, do not be alarmed, the delivery person will return up to 2 more times and will contact you to meet at another time that suits you.

If once you have paid for the order you decide to receive it at another address, call us at: 698308412 and leave us the new address as soon as possible, after 24 it is too late :(

RETURNS

- If upon receiving your order one or more products are defective or damaged, you can return them at no cost to you, we will send our delivery man to pick it up. You can choose between a refund of the amount corresponding to the defective product, or if you prefer to receive a new product, whether it is the same or exchange it for another of the same value. If you prefer to exchange it for another of higher value you will have to pay the difference, if on the contrary you decide on one of lower value, BIOVARDI will pay you the difference.

-If, on the other hand, your order arrives in perfect condition but you decide to return it because you no longer want it, you can return it but in this case the shipping costs are your responsibility.

-For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and without any alteration of the original product in general. To request this return you have 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

- Products in poor condition due to poor handling, opened or used cannot be returned.

- Products purchased in promotions and clearance cannot be returned.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

- The payment of the amount of the product in the event that you have decided to recover your money is made within a maximum period of 15 business days from receipt of the returned product.

- If you return a non-defective product, the shipping amount will be deducted from the total value of the returned product or order.

In the event that we cannot deliver your order for reasons beyond BIOVARDI's control, you will be credited the amount of the order less the shipping and return costs of the package.
