Package Shipping

BIOVARDI offers free shipping when your order is over €59.95.

If your order does not exceed €59.95, you will be charged a shipping fee of €6.99 for the peninsula.

If you are outside the peninsula, please contact us to arrange shipping.

Shipping in 24/72 hours

The order will be delivered to the address you provided when placing your purchase. If you are not at home, do not worry, the delivery person will return up to 2 more times and will contact you to arrange another convenient time.

If, after paying for the order, you decide to receive it at a different address, call us at: 698308412 and provide us with the new address as soon as possible. After 24 hours it will be too late :(

RETURNS 

- If upon receiving your order one or more products are defective or damaged, you can return them at no cost to you. We will send our delivery person to collect it. You can choose between a refund of the amount corresponding to the defective product, or if you prefer to receive a new product, whether it is the same or exchanged for another of the same value. If you prefer to exchange it for one of higher value, you will have to pay the difference; if, on the contrary, you choose one of lower value, BIOVARDI will refund the difference.

-If, on the other hand, your order arrives in perfect condition but you decide to return it because you no longer want it, you can return it, but in this case, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

-For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and without any alteration to the original product in general. To request this return, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

- Products in poor condition due to improper handling, opened, or used cannot be returned.

- Products purchased during promotions and clearance sales cannot be returned.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

-Contact our customer service department via this email: info@biovardi.com

- The refund of the product amount, if you have decided to get your money back, will be made within a maximum of 15 working days from the receipt of the returned product.

- If you return a non-defective product, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total value of the returned product or order.

In the event that we are unable to deliver the order for reasons beyond BIOVARDI's control, you will be refunded the order amount minus the shipping and return costs of the package.
