It hydrates, doesn't shine, and keeps makeup in place. Nuori's best-selling cream is one of the few that works equally well on its own as it does as a primer.
What problem it solves
Most moisturizers leave you shiny by mid-morning, and makeup slides off. This one dries to a matte finish, and makeup adheres well.
Who it's for
Normal or combination skin. Those who wear makeup daily. Those who are starting to see the first lines and don't want a heavy anti-aging product.
Who it's not for
Very dry skin: it won't be enough, better to use facial oil underneath. It is not vegan (contains beeswax) and not fragrance-free (contains citrus essential oils). If you are looking for either of those, your product is the Vital Serum without fragrance.
Star ingredients
- Multi-split hyaluronic acid — various molecular weights that hydrate at different depths.
- Vegetable squalane, jojoba, and sweet almond — nourish and support the barrier to prevent water loss.
- Shea butter — fatty acids for dull skin.
- Vitamins C and E — the antioxidant pair against free radicals from sun and pollution.
How to use
Three or four pumps on clean face and neck, every day. More in dry areas.
If used under makeup, apply it by dabbing instead of spreading: the finish will be more even.

Does it leave a shine?
No. The finish is matte, similar to a primer, which is why it works as a makeup base.
Is it vegan?
No. It contains sustainably harvested beeswax. It's the only exception in Nuori's facial range, along with the lip balms.
Does it contain perfume?
Yes, from citrus and ylang-ylang essential oils, with declared allergens (citral, limonene, linalool). If you're looking for something fragrance-free, check out the Vital Serum.
Day or night?
Both. It doesn't contain sunscreen, so apply SPF over it during the day.
