Pink Sorbet: Pink jelly

A cool-toned jelly pink for a light, glossy finish.

Pink Sorbet by Manucurist is a sheer pink with blue undertones nail polish in the Green Jelly range. Choose it when that colour is the detail you want to bring to your manicure. It air-dries, letting you plan a colour change at home without a lamp.

Its translucent finish leaves the nail visible beneath a veil of colour. This is part of the jelly effect: choose it for that transparency and build the finish with thin coats. A lighter first coat helps you see how the colour looks against your natural nail before applying the next.

A simple Green manicure

This shade fits a three-step routine: compatible base, colour and top coat. Preparing the nail and allowing each step to dry helps you apply the next one neatly. Select your finishing product according to the look you want, and keep a compatible remover ready for your next colour change.

Formula and key components

  • Butyl Acetate / Ethyl Acetate: solvents in the polish formula.
  • Nitrocellulose: helps form the polish film on the nail.
  • Pigments (CI): the colour ingredients listed in the INCI for this specific shade.

Application ritual

  1. Start with clean, dry nails without polish or oily residue.
  2. Apply a thin coat of a base suitable for Green.
  3. Apply two thin coats of colour, allowing them to dry between applications.
  4. Finish with a compatible top coat and let it air-dry.
  5. Remove with a remover suitable for classic Green polish when you want to change colour.
